Ordering
Do I have to create an account in order to make a purchase?
No, you do not have to create an account to place an order with us - simply enter you email address, delivery address and card details when you go through to our checkout
Do I have to order through the website?
No, you can telephone or fax us with your order.
Can I view prices in different currencies?
Yes on the product information pages we display the price in Euros and US Dollars (approximate).
What if I change my mind about ordering items?
Once you added items to your basket you can remove them or update the quantity at any time by clicking on View Basket. You will also be given the option to Update/Modify Basket when you are at the checkout stage. If you have already placed an order and wish to change it, you should ring us immediately as we will be unable to change it once the order has been shipped.
I am looking for an item which you do not currently have listed?
We may be able to source a particular item for you. Send us the exact details of what you are looking for via our customer service email and we will let you know if we can help.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted as detailed on the home page of our website. You may also pay by cheque or postal order. All cheques/postal orders should be made payable to Encore Records. Goods will not be shipped until cheques/postal orders have cleared. We have also now introduced Paypal as a payment option.
How will you confirm my order?
Once you have clicked the Complete button at checkout, you will be sent a confirmation email showing the delivery address and the items you ordered. We will also send you an email notification of your order. If you ordered on line you will be able to check the status of your orders at any time using the order status link shown in the email.
